<li>Indoor humidity is high during the rainy season.</li>

<li>Hot food was immediately put in the freezer.</li>

<li>High-moisture food was put in the freezer without using an airtight container.</li>

<li>The freezer door is not closing properly.</li>

<li>The refrigerator has been turned back on.</li>

Icicles and frost will form on the walls of the refrigerator or food surfaces when moisture in the air comes in contact with the cold air in the refrigerator.<br>
This is a normal phenomenon that occurs when the refrigerator is functioning properly and is not a malfunction of the machine.<br>
When removing frost, wipe it with a clean washcloth on a clear, dry day and then wipe it dry with a dry towel.<br>
Remove icicles by melting them with a warm washcloth and then wipe the area again with a dry towel.<br>
If the icicles form frequently, check if outside air is coming in through a gap in the refrigerator door.
