[LG refrigerator water purifier] The dispenser (water purifier) suddenly stopped dispensing filtered water or cold water.

Troubleshooting

If the 'raw water connection feed valve' and the intermediate valve for care service are locked, water will not be dispensed.
If the product has been transferred/installed or if water is not coming out since the technician’s visit for care service, it is necessary to check if the valve is open.
If water won’t dispense after selecting [Filtered water] or [Cold water] on the dispenser, inspect the 'raw water connection feed valve' and the intermediate valve for care service.

Try this

Is the valve that supplies the water locked or is the water supply valve from the main water line locked?

➔ Check that the water valve or the water supply valve inside the sink is open.

Check whether the water supply tube is kinked or bent.

➔ If the hose of the water purifier refrigerator is faulty, or there is a leak in the water connection, lock the water supply valve and request a service call immediately.

If the purifier is connected to groundwater, the water filter may become clogged quickly.

Groundwater contains a lot of impurities such as calcium.
A smooth water supply may be interrupted by connecting the refrigerator to groundwater, as the water filter can become clogged quickly.
Replace the water filter with a new one.
