- It occurs when you pause or turn off the power during a high-temperature washing course such as Boil Wash.
Try this
When you pause or turn off the power while using the boil wash cycle or a course using high temperatures, the door won’t open until the water temperature drops below 40℃.
If you wish to open the door, proceed with the rinse+spin course or press the Start/Pause button twice after a reasonable amount of time has elapsed.
