Causes and Symptoms
- The drain hose has come off from the drainpipe.
- A foreign object is caught in the drain hose.
- Water flows backward.
- The drain hose is twisted or bent.
- The drainpipe is narrow.
- Laundry is processed without removing foreign objects such as dirt and sand from the laundry.
Try this
- Reconnect the drain hose to the drain so that the drain hose is not twisted or bent, and secure it by fastening with a fixing device (cable tie) at an appropriate location.
- Wash laundry after removing loose dirt, sand, dust, etc., from the laundry.
- Fix the drain hose to the drainpipe so that it does not fall out.
- Applying silicone to the drain connections in order to prevent backflow.
- When connecting the drain hose, insert the drain hose of the Mini washer until the indicator on the connector is no longer visible.
