How to open the door
➔ Turn on [Signature] and turn on the mini washer using the integrated control of the top load washing machine or the remote control.
If the door does not open after turning the machine on, it may be that the door will not open for safety reasons because you have selected a high temperature course.
➔ If the door does not open after turning the machine on, it may be that the door will not open because you have selected a high temperature course (Light Boiling, Baby Care, Tub Clean).
1. Check if a foreign object is caught in between the drawer and the main body.
2. Press the Power button while pushing the drawer and start and pause the product.
If the problem occurs intermittently, such a problem may occur when you open or close the drawer while turning the machine on.
3. Add laundry to the washing machine and press the Power and Start buttons with the drawer closed completely.
➔ When you pause or turn off the washing machine while using the Boiling course, the door will not be opened until the water temperature drops to 40℃ or below.
When you pause or turn off the washing machine while using the Boiling course, the door will not open for safety reasons related to high water temperature.
To open the door, run the Rinse+Spin course or turn on the washing machine after a short period of time and press the Start/Pause button twice.
