In some washing conditions, Second Weight Detection (detection of wet laundry) may be conducted.
This is the process of supplying a small quantity water to wet the laundry and detecting its weight in order to prevent incorrect detection during the First Weight Detection (weight detection of dry laundry).
As the washing machine wets the laundry through fast tub spinning and then rotates slowly to detect the weight, it might look like the laundry is not washed, but this is a normal operation to provide adequate washing for the laundry.
The Second Weight Detection is automatically carried out in some courses and at some water levels.
In the Standard Course of some models, the washing machine operates to detect the fabric during the AI DD Customized Washing operation.
At this time, a small quantity of water is supplied in the early stage of water supply, and the Fabric Detection operation is carried out for approximately 4 minutes through quick tub spinning and washboard operation. You can use the washing machine with peace of mind, since Fabric Detection is conducted over approximately 4 minutes for the AI DD Customized Washing operation, and then water will be supplied up to the selected water level and optimized washing will be executed.

Gentle washing motion is used for clothes not easily wet, and strong washing motion is used for clothes that are easily wet. -
If you select the Standard Course, the AI DD Indicator Lamp (
