Try this
Does the spinning time increase?
➔ Check if the washing machine is not level or the laundry load is lopsided.
If the laundry load is lopsided so that spinning cannot be done, water is supplied again to operate the motion of unwinding the laundry.
At this time, the washing time may increase (approximately 10 minutes).
Be aware that when washing a duvet or a large laundry item that can easily become lopsided, it may become lopsided frequently.
Select the course that fits the particular laundry load.
If the washing machine is not level, imbalance may occur easily.
In such cases, level the washing machine.
Does it take a long time to fill with water?
➔ Check if the faucet is turned on completely.
Turn on the faucet by turning it counterclockwise to the end of its travel, and if the water supply filter is clogged, clean the water supply filter.
Is water drained slowly after washing?
➔ Check the drain hose installation status.
If the drain hose is twisted, bent or the drain hose is installed to an outlet that is too high, water may not flow smoothly so that water may not be drained properly.
Prevent the drain hose from being installed to an outlet that is more than 6cm higher than the floor and arrange it in such a way that it is smoothly placed on a firm and even floor.
