When washing begins, detergent in the detergent dispenser is injected into the tub along with water.
At this time, if the water pressure is low or the detergent is clogged, the detergent may not be injected into the detergent dispenser.
Also, if an appreciable period of time has passed after placing detergent in advance of beginning the wash, the detergent may have hardened and be unable to enter along with the water.
Try this
Is there lumpy detergent left in the detergent dispenser?
➔ Add detergent to the detergent dispenser after crumbling it or dissolving it in hot water.
If detergent has hardened, it may not enter properly.
Are you using cold water?
➔ Use hot water.
Detergent dissolves best at 30-40℃.
Hot water dissolves detergent more effectively.
※ For some courses, the use of hot water is restricted in order to prevent fabric damage.
Did you add too much detergent?
➔ Please check the recommended amount for use written on the detergent packaging before using it.
Using excessive detergent, may lead to it not dissolving in the water completely so that there may be some detergent left.
Use detergent according to the manufacturer’s recommended amount.
Has it been a while since you cleaned the detergent dispenser?
➔ Clean the detergent dispenser.
If there is detergent left or it has hardened so that the dispenser is clogged, detergent may not enter.
Remove and clean the detergent dispenser.
2. Clean the detergent dispenser and the place in which the detergent dispenser is inserted using a soft brush or a toothbrush, and reinsert the detergent dispenser.
3. Clean the detergent dispenser once a month in order to keep it clean.
