The reason for the malfunction is because the protective pad has not been removed, or there is too much laundry, or the laundry is stuck on one side.
Try this
Is the washing machine door making a vibrating noise during use right after purchase?
Open the door and check if the protective pad is still attached under the door, and remove it if it is.
※ Protective pad: It is intended to protect the product from impact during transportation.
Is the laundry leaning to one side or is there too much laundry?
We recommend you fill only about 2/3 of the tub with laundry.
If there is too much laundry, remove some and spread the remaining laundry evenly within the tub.
If you are washing just one item, such as a duvet or jacket, or washing a single laundry net, there may be an imbalance when the laundry is pushed to one side.
If there is an imbalance, add additional laundry to balance it out.
Are you using a washing machine with a square door or a protruding door?
Due to differences in the design of washing machine doors, products with large doors or protruding doors may look like they are undergoing severe vibration when compared to the existing model. The vibration is actually at a similar level to the existing machine. Therefore, rest assured as it is not a product defect.
