In cases where an empty clothes hanger is hung on the moving hanger
Light and empty clothes hangers left in the moving hanger move and fall down and thus may lead to vibration, noise, and even damage to your clothes and laundry. Make sure that you have removed all empty hangers.
When you hang a clothes hanger on the moving hanger, ensure that you pull it down to fix it.
Remove the hangers that are not in use, and keep them on the rack.
Ordinary clothes hangers may sway from side to side and be damaged. Use the clothes hangers that came with the styler.
In cases where the styler installation is unbalanced
Installation on an uneven surface may cause vibration and noise. Position your machine on a firm and flat surface.
An unbalanced machine may cause vibration and noise, and may lead to injury or a malfunction if it falls over.
Try rocking the styler side to side to check if it sways.
If it is unbalanced or uneven, using the spanner that came with the product, adjust the level adjusters at the bottom of the product until it is seated flat and immovable.
In cases where zippers and buttons on your clothes are hung toward the wall
When your clothes move side to side in the styler, zippers and buttons may hit the wall and make noise.
Make sure that zippers and buttons on your clothes are hung facing toward the center of the product.
In cases where a noise is heard from the product
Because the styler treats your clothes by using steam and the moving hanger, it may make a slight vibration and noise.
A slight vibration is normal. It is not a product defect.
If the noise is too loud for you to sleep, try running the Silent Wash.
This will do styling quietly while you are sleeping.
