[LG Cord Zero R9] I hear the voice error message 'Bumper sensor problem is found’

Troubleshooting

※ The error message may be different from the actual message you hear from the product.

If the bumper sensor is interfered with during the cleaning session, an error message can occur.
Check for foreign objects near the nozzle.

Try this

Press the front/left/rear side of the bumper at the nozzle 3 to 5 times and check if you can hear the clicking sound(micro switch) and then turn the Roboking off and on again.

Press the left, right, and front of the bumper around the nozzle /Turn the main switch on and off.

※ If you cannot hear the micro switch sounds, or the same error occurs again, have it checked by an LG service technician.
