[LG Cord Zero R9] I hear the voice error message ‘Clean off the obstacle sensor window’

Troubleshooting

※ The error message may be different from the actual message you hear from the product.

If foreign objects are smudged over the viewer sensor, it will not operate normally.

Try this

① Place a soft cloth on the floor and place the roboking upside down.

Place a soft cloth and turn the product over.

② Use a soft cloth or cotton ball to clean off the sensor of the robot vacuum cleaner.

Clean the sensor area at the product location with a soft cloth or cotton swab
Wipe the obstacle detection sensor at the product location.
Warning!

Avoid to make a scratch in the sensor.
If foreign objects are smudged over the viewer sensor, it will not operate normally.
Do not use volatile or organic solvents (thinners, solvents, acetone, etc.) to clean the product.
It can damage the product.
If the sensor is damaged, request service inspection.
It can cause a malfunction.
