Let's find out more.
The roller brush on the bedding nozzle is not motorized; it is designed to rotate manually. When you push the vacuum over bedding by hand, the brush turns from that applied force.
To prevent damage to the bedding (tangling of fibers) and safety concerns, it rotates manually.
When the power is on, the vibration plate on the bottom vibrates, and it is normal for the brush not to rotate.
Try this.
