Check if the Mini DisplayPort cable included in the product package is used to connect the PC and the
monitor.
Check if the [Real 4k 2k] label is attached to the Mini DisplayPort cable.
The 31MU97 model is a high definition(4K) model with high signal frequencies, thus if you use the general
cable sold in the market to connect the PC and the monitor, it might fail to output video and voice due to
signal losses.
Make sure to use the Mini DisplayPort cable with the [Real 4k x 2k] label included in the product package to
connect the PC and the monitor.
