If the outdoor unit does not operate, it might be because the target temperature is lower than or equal to the indoor temperature.
Try this
Select heating operation and set the target temperature to 30℃(86℉) (higher than the indoor temperature) and
set the wind volume to strong.
If the target temperature is higher than the indoor temperature, the outdoor unit operates to provide
heating.
Wait for about 3 minutes until the outdoor unit resumes operation.
※ By pressing the indoor temperature button on the wired remote controller, you can check the indoor temperature.
