When the neighboring humidity level is high or cooking foods or during monsoon seasons, there is a huge temperature difference between the hot indoor air and the cold wind from the air conditioner, there can be dews or water bubbles formed near the water supply outlet of the product.

Clean the ultra fine filter inside the air conditioner.
➔ If the air intake vent filter is clogged with dusts, then it will interfere with air circulation, thus, due to low temperature during cooling operation, there can be water bubbles or dew formed.
Cautions for cleaning the wall mounted air conditioner filter
Depending on the model, a different method of separating the filter is used.
Check the filter type for the product that you are using. (Refer to the figure below)
➔ A type [Front of filter] - Only ultra fine filter can be washed with water.
1. After lifting up the air conditioner cover, remove the ultra fine filter.
2. Remove the filter and remove any dust using a vacuum cleaner or a soft brush under running water.
If it is severely contaminated, wash it with a neutral detergent and rinse it thoroughly. (Do not use hot
water over 40℃(104°F).)
3. Dry it completely in a well-ventilated and shady place.
➔ B type [Top of filter] – Only the model with ultra fine filter can be washed with water.
1. After lifting up the air conditioner cover, remove the ultra fine filter.
2. Remove the filter and remove any dust using a vacuum cleaner or a soft brush under running water.

A non removable type filter consisting of the ultra fine filter and the ultra fine dust filter(dust collection filter) cannot be washed with water but requires periodic filter replacement before use.
Use a dry cloth to wipe off dews formed at the water supply outlet.
