Causes and Symptoms
- Wrong selection of the wind direction.
- While heating operation is in progress, there is ongoing pre heating or defrosting operation.
- An error has occurred.
Try this
Did you try to adjust the wind direction?
➔ Adjust the wind angle upward, downward, left and right.
If only the louver is not opened while there is heating or cooling, then use a remote controller and press
the wind direction and wind angle buttons to adjust the wind direction.
If the louver still does not move, then it might mean that it malfunctions.
Are you using heating?
➔ During pre heating or defrosting, in order to prevent cold wind, the louver is fixed upward and thus not moved.
After pre heating is finished, the louver is opened properly, starting heating operation.
※ The defrosting and preheating display may differ by model.
Is the LED for the ceiling mounted air conditioner blinking?
While saying cooling or heating is failed, if the LED lamp blinks, then it means that there is an error and
in order to check where the problem is, you must check the interval and the number of times of LED lamp
blinking.
Turn off the main circuit breaker and turn it on after 3 minutes and use it again.
the red LED indicates an error in the single digit while the green LED indicates an error in the double digits.
