Causes and Symptoms
- Adjust the wind angle.
- While heating operation is in progress, there is ongoing pre heating or defrosting operation.

Did you try to adjust the wind angle?
➔ Press the button on the remote controller to adjust the wind angle.
Press the wind angle adjustment button to adjust the opening angle for the louver.
Press the wind direction button once to move the wind direction vertically. Press it one more time to stop it.
How to adjust the wind angle
1. Press the wind angle button to select the louver to adjust the angle for.
2. Press the temp up/down button while letting the remote controller face the air conditioner to select
the louver angle.
3. Press the Set/Cancel button to save the adjustment status.
* Press the wind angle adjustment button for 3 seconds to reset the setting.
Are you using heating?
During pre heating or defrosting, the louver is fixed upward, thus it is not moved.
After pre heating is finished, the louver is opened properly, starting heating operation.
