Causes and Symptoms
- You set [Fan Speed] to strong.
- Lots of dusts are accumulated in the filter.
Try this
Did you try to adjust [Fan Speed]?
➔ Lower [Fan Speed].
If you set the fan sped to strong, then cooling or heating will be stronger thus there will be loud
noises.
If it interferes with your daily life, then lower it to weak.
Is the filter cleaned?
➔ Clean the dust filter.
If there are lots of dusts in the filter, air circulations will fail, and the indoor unit might generate wind sounds.
Be careful to make sure the filter does not fall off from the grill.
If there is an elevation grill mounted in it, then check if the elevation grill is completely stopped and then safely remove the filter from the grill.
When removing the filter, be careful to make sure that the elevation grill does not slip out from the wire.
Lower the filter to the end as it is a slide type.
