        <p>It is possible for alien substances to enter the LCD monitor during the assembly process. Max one particle per 0.4mm or less is normal.<br>
            You can remove this alien substance by gently tapping the LCD screen.

        <p>If seen from the top/bottom/left/right, due to the panel characteristics, there can be a brightness or color difference, so it is a normal product.<br>
            Adjust the monitor's height, angle adjust and so on to set the correct visual angle.<br>
            (Height and angle control functions and so on vary depending on the model.)<br>
            LCD monitor is composed of multiple thin layers, thus depending on the location, there can be a fine thickness difference.<br>
            Due to the thickness difference, there is a difference in light penetration rates, which in turn leads to a different color seen from the top/bottom/left/right/diagonal line, thus it is a normal product.

        <p>If you watch the LCD monitor at minimum visual angle of 40° from the top/bottom/left/right, light leak will be detected.<br>
            This is due to the LCD design characteristics, and it is normal.<br>
            When you watch the screen from the front, light leak will be weaker, and this is normal.<br>
            Adjust the monitor's height, angle control and so on to set the correct visual angle.<br>
            (Height and angle control functions and so on may differ by model.)
