        While using the laptop, due to Windows system errors, all operations are halted and the power cannot be turned off sometimes, and in this case, use the laptop reset function to fix the problem.

    <p class="info-desc idt">➔ Connect the power supply connector to your laptop and charge the battery.</p>    <p>
        After connecting the power supply adapter to the laptop and charging the battery for some time, check if the power is still off.<br>
        If the laptop is still powered off, then check if the adapter is correctly connected.<br>
        The power cord connected to the laptop is in a dual structure, thus gently insert it and then press it more firmly for a secure connection.
