➔ Connect the power supply connector to your laptop and charge the battery.
After connecting the power supply adapter to the laptop and charging the battery for some time, check if the power is still off.
If the laptop is still powered off, then check if the adapter is correctly connected.
The power cord connected to the laptop is in a dual structure, thus gently insert it and then press it more firmly for a secure connection.
While using the laptop, is the screen suddenly frozen and there is no reaction even if you press the mouse or keyboard?
➔ After taking out the adapter from the laptop, long press the [Power] button for about 6 seconds and reset it.
Once you reset the laptop, the Windows system is reset, and the power will be on again.
If not powered on automatically, then press the [Power] button one more time.
