Causes and Symptoms
- The filter cover doesn’t open.
When removing the drip tray, ensure to face the front of the water purifier.
If the tray is removed at an angle, it will cause the filter cover handle to turn sideways, preventing the filter cover from opening.
Furthermore, if the dispense tap is oriented towards the front, it will also hinder the opening of the filter cover.
Try this
Separate the drip tray from the front.
→ Use your thumb and index finger to grip and pull the drip tray forward and separate it from the product.
Warning!
Do not lift the drip tray up or down when separating it.
This could cause damage to the drip tray.
Hold the tap with your hand and turn it all the way to the right or left.
Hold the product body with one hand and use the other hand to grip the bottom of the filter cover and pull it forward.
