If you have locked the feed water valve before replacing the filter, filter cleaning will not proceed as there is no feed water supply.
If the filter cover has not been assembled, filter cleaning will also not proceed.
Filter cleaning lasts about 7 minutes, and during this time other functions are temporarily unavailable.

Check if the feed water valve is closed.
If the feed water valve is closed, please open it.
There is no need to keep the feed water valve closed after replacing the filters.
Check if the filter cover is assembled properly.
Attach the separated cover back onto the product.
