It can occur when the user forcefully grabs and stops the water outlet while it is moving.
Try this
1. If the water outlet moves but does not return to its initial position, turn off the auto up-down feature and then back on again.
The feature can be turned on/off by long pressing the Volume button for 3 seconds.
2. When the up-down indicator turns off and then back on, the water outlet searches for its initial position for 5 seconds.
3. While the water outlet attempts to return to its initial position, up-down operation is disabled.
Therefore, press the Dispense button afterward to check if the tap goes back up to its initial position.
