Major responsibilities:
• Create, Adapt, Implement and Coordinate local marketing strategy, manage marketing activities in domestic market in line with global and local business needs in order to contribute to the achievement of short and long term corporate sales and marketing objectives.
- Analyze global and local market trends, develop and/or implement corporate and product marketing strategies in line with global and regional strategy with marketing budget management, in order to maximize divisions sales and brand development in domestic market.
- Implement and coordinate advertising strategies for divisions for domestic market through media planning and product PR in order to reach communication objectives according to defined budget.
- Develop and execute BTL activities, channel marketing and materials in domestic market in order to increase local sell out and loyalty to be in line with ATL communication and PR strategy, and in line with sales strategy; establish good relationship with business partners and end-users.
- Digital management – supporting, controlling local owned digital assets with stakeholders (lg.com, sns, etc.)
- Complete all job related administration tasks in order to fully comply with company policies and procedures, thus ensure maximum control over budget management.
- Lead, supervise and motivate outside agencies such as PR, Media Buying, BTL and Merchandising, in order to ensure that they are capable and willing to achieve both individual and team objectives
Requirements Education, experience:
• Education, experience:
- University/College degree
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in marketing
- Experience in digital area is advantage
- Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must
- Strong PC skills
- Driving license, type B (active driving)
