Why is washing machine not turned on?

■ Washing machine may not turn on when an extension cord is used due to insufficient power.
Connecting a number of electronic devices to an extension cord can cause instable electricity flow.
Power outlet capacity should be higher than 12A for a washing machine to operate properly.
How to fix
■ Check by plugging in the power cord to the power outlet on the wall,
if the product does not work when connected to a multi-outlet strip.
