Why does a water purifier not dispense hot water?
Symptom
1. Hot water is not dispensed from a water purifier.

1. Applicable model: WQD*, WQS*, WHD*
Cause
1. When a large amount of water is used at once, cold and hot water tanks needs to be filled.
2. As the cold water tank is filled first before the hot water tank,
it will take time for a water purifier to dispense the hot water.
How to fix
1. Please wait until the cold water and hot water tank are filled before dispensing water.
