■ Either Sim Card Lock feature or Mac Afee Anti Theft feature was activated
How to fix
■ Try to do soft reset ; press Volume down + Power button at the same time
■ When the LG logo is shown, shortly release only the Power key then hold the Power key again
■ The "Factory data reset" screen should appear. (Release all keys)
■ Go to "Yes"
■ Press the Power Key to confirm
■ If the problem still occurs after doing the this, kindly bring your unit to the nearest Service Center or call us at (02) 902-55-44.
