My aircon works wonderfully until I had it cleaned by it's authorized service center. After a few days after the cleaning, bumagsak yun casing ng aircon and nabasag. We complained to LG customer service and according to them, they will start an investigation. Lo and behold, they said the investigation result is that the aircon fell because of our negilgence. It never once fell until it was serviced by them. I asked for an explanation and was told a certain felix supposedly a service manager from LG will call me. He never did even after multiple follow up to the service center, so until this day, we have no idea how they arrived at the conculsion. They probably based their investigation mainly on the word of their service provider. After that event, even though I still own LG appliances, i never callled their service center anymore as they are no different from those you hire around the corner with no training whatsoever. At least if yun sa kanto kanto, it's cheaper. Pareho lng naman, if anything goes wrong, they won't take responsibility.
