Washer and DRYER???
My husband bought LG TWC1410H1V 10.5/7KG last June 27, 2020. He thought that my life will be easier with this washer/dryer combo even if it's too EXPENSIVE! But NO, I still have to hang dry our clothes under the sun! For drying, the clothes should be 7 kg or less. We complained & TechCare service came. The TC man tested, was the one who chose the clothes for washing & drying, chose the settings etc. Didn't dry even afte ... view More

Used to work nicely
Have had this washer/dryer for almost 1.5 years now. It used to perform well. I really liked how convenient it was to do a load of laundry from wash to dry straight without having to transfer load from washer to dryer. But recently, my clothes come out damp and not as fresh-smelling as before. I regularly do a tub clean cycle with washer tablets to clean the drum. Had to contact LG this week to have a technician check it. It's sad that this machine isn't cheap, but it's already faulty just after 18 months. And now I have to spend just to have it serviced. Waiting for LG service to confirm my schedule. No one has contacted me yet. :(

Bubbles coming out back of the washing
Been using the product for the past 6 months (may 2021 - dec 2021) and last dec I when I washed using Mixed fabric mode and I think I put too much soap but thats the normal amount that I normally used and there were too much soap bubbles. so what happened is around 20mins left in the timer there’s still too much bubbles and the washing machine starts draining the water at the back of the washer above the wire holder where there’s a plastic white round cover. see image. So i observe and it keeps happening even i'm putting the same amount of clothes and soap. Still even if theres too much soap I dont understand why it's draining it there at the back of the washer. The odd thing is it's working fine for the last 6 months. i have my other washer FC1206N4W and i dont get the same issue.

support sucks and been giving me some run around onsite tech dont know what they are doing.
this is an expensive product which I expect to make our lives easy but it's the other way around.

until now the ticket in Techcare electronics service (LG tech partner) is still open and im loosing hope that this product will be fix or replace and my warranty will run out.

been purchasing LG products but this is one the worst its a total waste of time and money.

Bought it and loving it!
We bought it October 2020 but due quarantine restrictions that time, mine was installed just this year, January 2021and I have enjoyed doing our laundry ever since.

From the past when I was single I had LG's TWIN TUB JET DRY and it was awesome!!!!
I enjoyed it for almost a decade, and when I got married I decided to buy this fully automatic machine still from LG since for me, their durability has been tested and proven on my end. And up to this day my old JET DRY Machine is still being enjoyed by my mom.

I hope to buy more products from LG because I really enjoyed their ThinQ App on my phone! :D
