Responsibilities:
1. Determine the needs and specification for purchasing of logistics services
2. Warehousing and material management
3. Physical inventory management
4. Production and distribution logistics
5. Transportation
6. Distribution of orders management
7. Customs clearance service
Requirements:
1. University degree, (in technical or mathematical spheres) additional business education in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
2. Minimal 5 years of relevant work experience in International companies in Planning positions;
3. 2+ years plus experience of managing people and organizations;
4. Multi-plant, multi-unit and/or multi-discipline experience.
5. Strong business awareness;
6. High integrity and transparency when dealing with Supply Chain processes – perceived as professional, fair and challenging;
7. Hands-on management style.
8. Vendor and Clients management and/or contract management experience is required;
9. Cross departmental character of the role, key to a successful performance in this role is the ability to understand the dynamics of the various departments will be in contact with (Sales, Marketing, Planning, Logistics, Finance) as well as all relevant functionalities at the company in Moscow.
10. With functional leaders, peers and subordinates at Global, CIS and National level.
11. With external partners both customers and suppliers.
12. With Governmental, Commercial alliances members.
Conditions:
1. Based in Moscow region, Ruza, spend up to 30% of the working time in business trips to trips to sites and facilities, Key distributors and partners.
2. Annual bonus depending on the achievements of the company and individual KPI
