We appreciate your interest in this air conditioner. This device has been designed as compatible with many wall sleeves, such as the AXSVA1 or AXSVA4 ( According to page 11 of your owner’s manual, the minimum dimensions of the wall sleeve should be 25 7/8” wide, by 15 17/32” high, by 16 23/32” deep. Hopefully this will help in your search.

Wall unit in window

do i have to use the sleeve to put this in my regular window as long as i have support beam under it?
Asked by: coolinsummer
We appreciate your interest in this air conditioner. We do not recommend attempting to install this air conditioning unit into a window. Improper installation of the unit can lead to damage to the product. If you choose to have an air conditioner in the window, then it would be recommended to obtain a Window Air Conditioner, rather than this Wall unit.

Condensation drainage?

I am concerned about condensation drainage. I have owned a lot of window air and this is the first thru wall. Can't see how this is going to be able to dispense the water that these machines make. Especially once it is in the sleeve, there is no reasonable place I can detect for the condensation to drain?
