Rated 1 out of 5 by from Overheating/Battery Issues This phone, a follow up to the P2 I had, has the same severe issues I had with the P2. The battery overheats, just as the P2 did, to a dangerous level and the battery discharges very rapidly and very charges very slowly, if at all sometimes. Even when contacting LG support, I was offered only a repair warranty that I was told would require me to BE WITHOUT MY PHONE UP TO 3 WEEKS. I have no other contact to anyone. This should not be an issue that persists after the issue was addressed in the previous model. I understand it's low cost, but it's what I can afford and expect a sufficient experience with it's very basic features, which suits me. I will never, ever recommend this phone to anyone, for any reason, even as a start up for someone that's never used a phone before. It's 0% quality and 0% satisfaction through support. DO NOT buy this phone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from You get what you pay for... or didn't pay for Like everyone else, I got this phone after my old phone broke. Surprisingly, my old phone was the Phoenix 2. That phone was WAY better than the Phoenix 3. Everything about the Phoenix 3 sucks. Spend a little more if you can, there are plenty of better phones.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Irresistible Price and Value! Super Battery Life! I've been buying pricier smart phones ever since I graduated from my beloved flip phone some years ago. When the last one died a typical too-early death, I decided to try something new and looks on Amazon for a 5-star rated phone that was well priced and came up with this LG Go phone as the top contender. I bought it sight-unseen and have now gotten accustomed to it's differences. I am very pleased. I literally could buy six or more of these for the cost of my last phone, and that one was factory-reconditioned. I especially LOVE the battery-life. My old phone was a real hog, needing charging daily. This LG lasts for days before it needs a recharge!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Just won't do Have had this phone for a while and constantly have connection issues. Not enough memory with the preloaded apps that I will never use and can't delete. Automatic updates make the phone not work properly, can't connect to Bluetooth, dropped calls and no signal.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't do it! I cannot stress this enough. I have had LG products before and been very happy. I purchased the LG Phoenix phone six months ago, and have spent literally dozens of hours on the phone, in the store, and online chatting, trying to make the phone work properly. I even received a replacement phone and still have the same issues (design flaw as opposed to defective device). The reception is so bad that the people I speak to say "what?" more than anything else. Add a headset (high end Plantronics) and the reception is worse. I switched to wifi calling while at home, even worse. Each time I print to the wifi printer, I need to re-sync the phone. I was told by an apologetic agent that I will just have to "live with it". Shopping for a new phone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I'm not pleased at all! When I first got my LG it was great all but the quality of the camera and storage. I came pre-loaded with apps that were useless to me and just taking up storage space. When I tried to delete them my phone wouldn't let me and force me to up date these useless apps though I never use then and never will. Also speaking of updates I notice every time that my phone does an automatc update, I began to have trouble with my phone. It slows up really badly, I can not send or receive calls and messages, all of my apps crashes, it continues to kicks me off the internet! Also my phone never holds a charge. I have it charge for two days straight from morning to night and the most charges up is to between 9% and 20%! When I power the phone on it drops to 0% immediately! I just had an update last week and for the past two days like clock work I'm having issues, I even bought a new chargers and still the same thing! But before the updates I never have this problem. I even contacted AT&T several times about this issue and the just told me that I just needed to upgrade. I am so disappointed with this product as well as with AT&T! I am about to say the heck with them both and go back to a basic flip phone at lest I known there I wouldn't have to deal this mess!
