What People Are Saying

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing TV I have had the TV for a little over a month now and all I can say is WOW! I mainly use it to play video games on my PS4 pro and the picture is unreal. Blu rays look amazing too. I didn't even realize that through tv wasn't set for full 4k at first because it looked so good. Once I figured out the proper setting my PS4 really came to life. Well worth the money and you'll save a little now that it's last years model.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value and excellent picture I'm no television expert and I'm 63 years young, but I trusted the many positive online reviews from my research to make my buying decision. First, the setup of the television was extremely quick, simple and painless. No surprises and no issues. Next, the television's audio for us is more than adequate without a sound bar or home theater system. Last, the picture nothing short of beautiful with blacks surpassing the Samsung 42-inch plasma television we've had for years, which has been relocated into our master bedroom. A word for novices like myself, many claim that you do not necessarily require a new 4K Ultra HD/HDR HDMI cable. But I replaced my existing HDMI cable with a rocketfish 6-foot, in-wall rated HDR compatible HDMI cable just to make sure the cable supports High Speed with Ethernet connectivity to ensure quality connectivity. Couldn't be more pleased with the LG OLED55B6P 4K HDR television.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing clarity! I have only had this product since yesterday, but I'm already in love. The picture and sound quality are amazing, even when not viewing a 4k compatible channel. I wish pictures could do this television justice, but it's one you must see in person. Will update my review when I have had it longer, and had time to really play around with all the features.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best TV I have ever owned. Best TV I have ever owned. I've had this TV now for maybe two months and it's just unbelievable! The picture is outstanding and the blacks are the blackest you ever saying.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantasic Picture Quality The last time I bought a top of the line tv was in 2008, which still did not hold candle to those plasma's. But this Tv, though obviously far newer, has the absolute most beautiful pictures I have ever seen with OLED technology and also made with LGs first-rate build quality. A superb Tv

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing picture for games and movies! This tv is remarkable, it's great for gaming and hd movies, it also does a nice nod with standard content as well, web os is nice and easy, overall for the price you will get an amazing video experience!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than real life! I've had this tv for a couple of months now. The picture is amazing. High definition programming looks better than on other tv's because of the deep blacks. 4k programming is still a little hard to find but when you do it is worth it. The color and sharpness are unmatched.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The picture is great I bought this a week ago and could not set it up because there were no cables provided. Also there was no hard copy Owner's Manual or Users Guide included and "picture only" instructions were not really adequate. Customer service was of no real help ... was told just have to go back to the store and buy cables ... and download the manual from the LG website. What the heck, couldn't LG print one out and put it in the box?? One would think that for this expensive an item, LG could have included a couple of cables and a manual. Very disappointing .. but I expect its a an excellent product once all said and done

Does this tv have a 3.5 mm or stereo audio output? I see that it has toslink out but I need an analog audio output connections.

The LG B6 OLED 4K HDR Smart TV - 55" Class (54.6" Diag), Model # OLED55B6P does not have a 3.5 mm (headphone) jack nor does it have an Analog Stereo RCA Audio Output RCA Output at the other end that you can connect any headset that uses that type of connection. Will this oled55b6p (55 inch 2016 model) work with the soundbar SJ9 (a 2017 model)? I've heard issues with audio connections via HDMI... can you please clarify?

Asked by: Robento
The LG B6 OLED 4K HDR Smart TV - 55" Class (54.6" Diag), Model # OLED55B6P has an Optical Digital Audio Output that can be connected to the Optical Digital Audio Input on the LG 5.1.2 ch High Resolution Audio Sound Bar with Dolby Atmos, Model # SJ9. Tv won't do anything when I turn it on. Says Power Only ( DIRECTV won't show on the tv.

Asked by: Fearthekp
Some Cable/Satellite receiver box remote controls, which are programmed to operate the television, may cause the TV to recognize certain commands as a SERVICE COMMAND. It is recommended to use the TV remote control for this set. Press the EXIT or RETURN key on the LG REMOTE CONTROL. Power the TV off using either the LG remote control or the JOYSTICK Power Button on the TV. Reactivate the TV using the LG remote control or the JOYSTICK Power Button on the TV. Press the HOME button and select OPTION, and then set the INITIAL SETTING to the HOME USE mode. If this POWER ONLY message is not removed, then the TV may require service.
