Why can the vibration noise be heard from outdoor unit?

             Outdoor unit makes vibrating noise.

             1. If the air inlet and outlet of the outdoor unit is blocked with obstacles, vibration noises may be high.

             2. Air filter clogged with dust can block cold air and cause the vibrating sound

             3. Vibration noises can be heard due to the running motor when the outdoor unit is not level.

             4. The motor of the outdoor unit can create slight vibrations during operation.

                 When the outdoor unit is installed on the shutter or chassis,

                 slight vibration can make chassis to also vibrate, causing a   higher   level of   noise.

 

 

 

 

 

 

  If the air inlet and outlet of the outdoor unit is blocked with obstacles, vibration noises may be high.

             Check for any obstacles around the outdoor unit and remove them.

             Please relocate the unit if it is blocked by a unmovable object.

Air filter clogged with dust can block cold air  and cause the vibrating sound.

             1.  Lift up the front cover to find the filter. 
             2.  Take out the filter. Wash and dry completely in shade before placing it back. 
                  ※  Please clean the filters every two weeks to maintain the product performance.

              * Applicable Models: SNC062AA**, SNC082AA**, SNC102AA**, SJC062AA**

    

                    1. P ull the front panel forward with both hands.

                    2. Press the hook to fix the front panel.

                   3. Remove the air filter.

                   4. Give the filter a good clean with a vacuum cleaner or a soft brush

                       (Washing with water helps to remove heavy soils).

                   5. Dry completely in shade. Place back the filter in and close the front panel.

                                                 ※ Assemble in reverse order.

                     1.  Pull the front panel forward with both hands.

                     2.  Press the hook to fix the front panel.

                     3 . Remove the air filter.

                     4. Remove the TVF(Total Virus Filter) and the triple filter.

                     5. Give the filter a good clean with a vacuum cleaner or a soft brush.

                        Assemble in reverse order .

                 Applicable models: SNC062LASV, SNC082LASV

                       1. Press the release button to open the front panel.

                      2. Grasp the bottom of the panel and push the release button to the right to open the front panel.

                     3. Remove the air filter by pulling it down.    

                     4. Give the filter a good clean with a vacuum cleaner or soft brush.

                     5. Dry completely in shade. Place back the filter in and close the front panel.

             Try fastening the vibrating parts with cable ties to reduce noise. Placing rubber pads under the outdoor unit also helps.
