Cause
When the heat wave strikes, the outdoor is heated and the refrigerant cannot circulate well.
In this case, cold air is not blown when the air conditioner runs for a long time
How to fix
1.Please have a screen over the outdoor unit to keep it cool.
Turn off the air conditioner and spray water on the top of the outdoor unit to cool it down.
This helps refrigerant to circulate and generate cold air.
2.Cooling may appear weak when the room size is larger than the area the air conditioner can cover.
※ Check if the temperature difference of the incoming and outgoing air is 8℃ or higher.
If yes, the product is working properly.
▶ How to measure the temperature
1. Incoming air temperature: Measured at 5 centimeters from the filter
2. Outgoing air temperature: Measured at 5 centimeters from the outlet.
Ex) Incoming air: 30℃
Outgoing air : 20℃
-As the temperature difference is 10℃, the AC is working normally.
