Purpose of the Job:

To secure profitable business of AWHP and improvement market share of LG heating products, keeping the prosperity for the future and to contribute AWHP sales revenue and profitability and make secure position on Regional designated heating market.

Major Responsibilities:

- Development of AWHP Regional sales network and implementation of management strategy in case of existing and new potential partners and customers in heating segment.
- Support Project Spec-in Sales Team in heating product segment
- Give support and cooperate with Project sales managers in LGEMK and its subs
- Maintain relation with special HVAC designers, visit and support them to maximize LG heating product penetration
- Maintain relation with Service companies to secure proper SVC Network for professional AWHP after sales support to secure good brand image and customer satisfaction and business development
- Update BRM database based on managers input and present pipeline report weekly to management (Engineering Part Leader, Senior Sales Manager and PM)
- Coordinate AWHP sales forecast of projects managers toward demand planning team
- Collect heating market information from competitors and share with team members and management (Engineering Part Leader, Senior Sales Manager and PM)
- Keep direct superior updated through regular reports and meetings
- Act as a team player, proactively support other colleagues and functions, provide required help and service timely and in required quality, in order to facilitate maximum effectiveness of everyday business activity
- New product presentation and giving lecture to new customers
- Job holder is responsible to complete all other duties that are in connection with his/her
job.

- Gathering project information and input BRM system
- Up-date BRM system weekly base
- Competitor’s information
- Internal consensus about trade terms of each project

• Marketing activities
- Sales and Technical support for heating products
- Organize training for project makers and designers / dealer’s salesman
- PRM presentation

• Weekly: Project List, Key activities
- Monthly: Above + market review + marketing activities
- Meeting memo
- Others requested by management or co-work partners from LGEMK HQ

• Others
- Cooperate with all colleagues and provide necessary proactive support, information
- Respects LG values, norms, standards, rules, policies and guidelines
- Meet all targets and expectations set for him/her
- Actively develop him/herself to meet capability expectations of the position
- Obliged to be up-to-date of AWHP novelties both by competition and LG.
- Participate on courses, training for new products, technology.
- Fulfill other non-job related obligation upon request being comparable with actual job level and education

Requirements:
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering/Business Administration or similar
- At least 5 years of experience in sales heating systems
- Technical knowledge of hydraulics and control logic
- Excellent knowledge of Regional heating market and customer network
- Specific training and/or work experience in team management, commercial strategies and sales techniques is an advantage
- Experience in direct negotiation with the customers and budget management is an advantage
- Analytical thinking and problem solving. Planning and organization capacity. Strong results orientation
- Interest in the company product range, motivated by commercial tasks and by team management
- Remain motivated and keep a positive attitude under pressure
- Communication and presentation skills
- Experience in international environment
- Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Fluent English knowledge
- Driving license “B” and willingness to travel extensively on Regional level
