Purpose of the Job:
- Through profitable business secure AS market share of LG, keeping the prosperity for the future.
- Maximize To contribute AS sales revenue and profitability and make secure position in designated AS market.
- Search for Air Conditioner, especially SAC project to increase A/C division sales.
- Give support to and monitor AC distributors by project, with special focus on MULTI V (VRF systems) projects.
- Hunt for AC designers, regularly visit and support them to facilitate LG product penetration.
- Build and keep close relationship with general contractor of new projects
- Explore contractors and estate developers, build and maintain fruitful relationship, monitor and select new projects
- Update database by projects and partners, monitor and document project status quo
- Maintain best knowledge of LG selector programs and use them, as well as give support on it to partners if needed
- Prepare and communicate price quotations and presentations
- Prepare sales forecast for demand planning team, monitor product delivery and arrival
- Collect market information from competitors
- Keep direct superior updated through regular reports and meetings.
- Act as a team player in every way during his work, pro-actively support other colleagues and functions, provide required help and service timely and in required quality, in order to facilitate maximum effectiveness of everyday business activity
- Substitute AS Department colleague in order to ensure smooth daily operation


Major responsibilities:
• Achievement of major KPI
- Achievement of sales revenue target ( Basic Plan, Stretch Goal)
- Growth rate comparing to past year
- Award new projects
- Product knowledge increase

• Planning
- Annual/Monthly/Weekly training and PRM plan
- Event/trainings planning and cost management

• Channel management
- Support current partner’s with PRM and technical information
- Project field and partners regular visits upon management requests
- Development of New consultant and B2B

• Project management
- Up-date B2B GERP system weekly base
- Competitor’s information

• Marketing activities
- Technical support
- Organize training for project makers and designers / dealer’s salesman
- PRM presentation
- CRM activities with consultants & contractors

• Engineering Support:
- Providing and suggesting proposals, quotations
- Installation supervising
- Follow up quality issues
- Partner support: Convincing partners about LGE solutions capabilities
- Product : introduction, comparison with other brand and other solutions (chiller)
- Troubleshooting and contributing at site if quality issue occurs

• Report
- Weekly: BRM pipeline, Project List, Key activities
- Monthly: Above + market review + marketing activities, partners list
- Meeting memo
- Others requested by management or co-work partners from LGEMK HQ

• Others
- Cooperate with all colleagues and provide necessary proactive support, information
- Respects LG values, norms, standards, rules, policies and guidelines
- Meet all targets and expectations set for him/her
- Actively develop him/herself to meet capability expectations of the position
- Obliged to be up-to-date of AC novelties both by competition and LG. Participate on courses, training for new products, technology.
- Fulfill other non-job related obligation upon request being comparable with actual job level and education.



Requirements:
- Mechanical Engineering University Degree.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience (highly motivated graduates are welcome to apply for this position as well)
- Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Knowledge of AutoCAD software is mandatory
- Team oriented, communication skills, self-motivated hands-on mentality
- Business proficiency in English language in spoken and written communication is mandatory.
- Presentation skills
- Flexible in terms of intercultural-skills, able to travel from time to time and having the customers schedule in focus
