Remote control is not working.
How to fix
1. Plug in your TV make sure that the power cord is connected at the back of your TV.
- The location of AC power may have main switch may vary by model or may not exist.
- Check first the battery of your remote might be already discharge or fully drain power.
- Replace with new battery dont mix with Old battery to have long life battery.
- Check the LED indicator located at the buttom if having light.
- Press the power button of your remote and check if the TV response to power on
2. Check the remote control if TV is selected.
Push “TV” button at the upper part of the remote control.
※ Depending on the remote control, “TV” button may or may not exist.
3. If left/right receiver is covered with objects.
Remove all the objects that cover the receiver.
※ If the remote control doesn’t work on your TV,
- Get your Andriod phone and activate the camera function to test the remote if working.
- Fucos your camera to LED infrared of your remote and press any button look at LED if emit light.
- Then if the Remote Infrared LED emits lights, Please try to test infront of your TV if already working.
- If still not working Please contact CIC to ask for help or ask for the visit to check

- Please replace with new ALKALINE with "AA" battery type ( Recommended )
- If the cursor icon not appear, on your remote Long Press the HOME and BACK at the same time for 10 seconds ( Power button will blink 3 times )
- Press Enter button on your Remote and look for the message appear on the upper right side on your TV..
