How do I initialize sound bar?
Symptom
If the buttons on the sound bar doesn’t function or if it doesn’t produce sound, you may initialize the sound bar.
How to fix
1) If the buttons on the sound bar doesn’t function or if it doesn’t produce sound, you may initialize the sound bar.
(The way of initializing the sound bar may differ by model.)
2) To initialize, please turn on the sound bar.
3) Press “-” or “STOP” button of the unit and “0” button of the remote control at the same time and hold them for more than 5 sec.
4) "E2P CLR" will appear on the display window and it will be turned off automatically.
5) Turn on the power again. If it works properly, then it means it is initialized correctly.
