A Reliable Hardworking Family Appliance
We purchased this product some months ago converting from a Top Load Washer to a Front Load Washer.. we will not look back.
The sales assistant stressed to us about the change, about how different it will be and to read our Manual very well to make sure we optimise our usage of the machine. At first... I was a little apprehensive, thinking I was going to be in for a long period of adjustment and change.. BUT it was far from that! It was so VERY easy. I use different programs for my washing and I have not had one problem. Now I must stress.. I do use this machine as a work horse. I have children who use Full Time Modern Cloth Nappies and the Nappy's in this machine come out sparkling.. SO so clean, far better than my Top loader ever did. And time you ask? Well granted it's a little longer.. But not by a lot. In my old machine it would take on average 57 mins for a wash. In the front loader it takes 1hr and 15 minutes. No big deal to worry about. We average about 7-10 Loads per week.
My husband wears Business Shirts and they wash excellently.. we have not noticed a problem with Creasing/Wrinkles at all on the higher spins (And his Shirts can be rather sensitive- in our top loader they would crease terribly)
My kids uniforms and filthy clothing come out CLEAN. No stains, they are clean.
Washing Powder/ Liquids are not an issue, I have a child with Eczema and had to wash clothes in a certain way in my Top Loader. The skin care program on this machine takes away any worry and has done brilliantly on removing any left over soap residue, his skin has not flared up and it really is peace of mind.
I've used many of the different cycles and by far they all do exactly as they are supposed to. Even if you may only need a few of them, the rest are really a bonus for you and future proofing yourself for on the chance you may need to use them at some point! The 1400 spin works really well, as the drying times are significantly reduced, compared to our Top Loader. (important if you have the cooler weather and no dryer!) Especially for Modern Cloth Nappies, they take a long long time to dry- Not any more!
Using less water.. It's quiet (even on 1400 spin) It's simple to use, understand and has many options.
You're buying a Hardworking Appliance, you need reliability, and to future proof yourself.. this product gives you exactly that.

Amazing on workwear.
Stains on top of stains vanish. They come out of the washing machine brand new again, i just cant believe it.
Its extremely quite, and im totally impressed with the power and water usuage!! I barely know I have it, until my clothes come out sparkling.
