By multiple reports, it seems that NONE of LG's TV's will support 3D for 2017: is this true? If so, I suspect this will prove MUCH more shortsighted than you realize, as Users seek to "Upgrade" and find NO path to do so, wo/going BACKWARDS in capability!

Asked by: ggtwo
3D tv is not creating enough interest. All manufactures will discontinue the 3D line of televisions. Even cable providers are not broadcasting in 3D any more. Sad, but really... who needs it? I heard there was a petition for LG to restart the 3D line and so far, I have seen about 400000 signatures which is NOT ENOUGH to sway LG or any other MFG.

Does the b7 have a black filter to reduce light?

Asked by: Ch3f
Hi Ch3f. Thank you for your interest in the LG C7 OLED 4K HDR Smart TV - 65" Class (64.5" Diag), Model # OLED65C7P. Regrettably, we are not clear on your inquiry with regards to if the TV has a black filter for reducing light. Are you referring to a filter on the screen for reducing ambient light or some other type of filter? In the TVs menu, you can access the Picture Mode Settings and use the Backlight feature to control the level of screen brightness by adjusting the backlight which also reduces energy consumption. Depending on the Energy Saving (AUto/Maximum), you may not be able to adjust the Backlight and instead, you will need to navigate to Energy Saving and set it to Off or Minimum. The OLED Light feature also allows you to adjust the display's brightness by varying the brightness of the OLED panel. The TV has an AUto feature that detects the ambient lighting and automatically adjusts the screen brightness...^IFV
