Is a foreign object or a cover stuck in between the door and the product?
➔ Remove the foreign object.
A problem may occur if a foreign object or a cover is stuck in between the lightwave oven or microwave door and the
body of the product.
Open the door and check if there is any foreign object or cover stuck in the door. If so, remove it.
If the settings on the display work normally when you press other buttons, but only the [Start] button is not
responding, that may be because the oven doesn't recognize the door is closed.
If the lamp inside the product turns on when the door is opened, it's not power failure issues.
This method applies an impact to the door to remove any debris.
Fill a cup with water and heat it for 2 to 3 minutes to check if the oven heats up the water properly.
