To display the monitor settings menu, press the [ 
Joystick button] at the bottom of the monitor and access [ 
Settings].

1. In [settings] of the [General] item, all items in the monitor are changed to their default settings.
2. Check the following settings adjustment.

You can control the black contrast to have better visibility in dark scenes. You can easily distinguish objects on dark game screens. |
| Local Dimming |
Maximizes the contrast ratio by making the bright areas of the screen brighter and the dark areas of the screen darker. Turning this option off may increase energy consumption. [Aggressive]: Sets the local dimming to aggressive. [Normal]: Sets the local dimming to normal. [Smooth]: Sets the local dimming to smooth. [Off]: Disables the feature. |

| Variable backlight for 27GP850 only |
Provides global dimming effects depending on game or video content. - [Off]: Disables the Variable Backlight feature. - [Normal]:Preferably for playing video content and internet or word-processing. - [Fast]: Preferably for console gaming experiences. - [Faster]:Preferably for PC gaming experiences. ※ When these feature is enabled, a slight halo effect may be shown on dark backgrounds. This is normal and not a malfunction. - The function can only be used on HDR content. - It is recommended to turn off when you are not using the gaming function. |
