■ Possible Cause
- For the air conditioner, the refrigerant is flowing along the pipes and circulates the indoor and outdoor unit.
During the initial operation , you may hear the sound of running water as the flow and speed of the refrigerant is at higher rate to quickly generate the cold air
which generates loud flowing sound of the refrigerant.
This is not a product defect as it's a sound generated during the operation. The noise will reduce significantly as it continues to operate and will stop
when the desired temperature is met.
■ Solution or Settings
※ The sound of running water produced during the operation and when it’s turned off, is the sound of refrigerant in the pipe slowing to balance the gas pressure.
▶ Are you using the drain pump?
The air conditioner is designed so that its condensate water is drained from the higher position to the lower position, but in places where such drainage process is not
possible can use drain pump to discharge the water outside the appliance.
The noise is from the drain pump, and there is no solution for reducing or removing the noise.
If the noise causes sleep disturbance, the only alternative solution is to empty the condensate water manually.

to improve the customer convenience.
