When the steam function is operating, white powder can be caused by the minerals such as calcium, magnesium, and other mineral components that are dissolved in the water.

If there are white marks on the wall of the oven, use filtered or tap water and wipe them off with a sponge.
If the white stains are not removed immediately and appear to be running down the walls, it may be difficult to remove the marks by simply wiping with a sponge.
Clean the steam generator periodically using the [Multiclean → Steam Generator] cleaning function of the product.
How to clean
Mix water and vinegar at a ratio of 6:1 and fill the water tank up to the MAX line.
Insert the water tank and select the [Multiclean - Sanitize] function, then press the [Start] button.
After a buzzing sound is heard, remove the water tank and clean it thoroughly before refilling it with fresh water. (Rinse operation)
