Warranty Information
The warranty period for LG products is 12 months from the purchase date, following below table:
* Extra Warranty is applicable on specific Parts & for one time only. Consumer need to pay labor, visit & gas fees after product warranty period has expired (one year from purchase date).
** Air Conditioner Extra Warranty does not cover Floor Standing, Cassette, Duct & all other central/single AC products.
Warranty Terms
- In order to get free warranty service, stamped invoice and warranty card should be submitted to the authorized service center.
- This warranty is for repairing manufacturing defects, not for product replacement.
- This warranty card represents product identity and will be invalid in case lost, scratched or changed product serial number.
- This warranty is invalid if product has been installed, re-installed, disassembled or repaired by an unauthorized service center & technician.
- This warranty doesn’t cover natural disasters, accidents, fires, explosion or misuse.
- This warranty doesn’t cover short circuiting due to voltage fluctuation above or below average electricity from any source, also use voltage stabilizer to keep your product safe.
- This warranty will be invalid in case of any malfunctions due to liquid entering inside the device (water damage).
- OLED TV should not be used for non-moving photos and videos, for example, cameras, and fixed images.
- This warranty doesn’t cover products’ accessories such as TV adapters, remote controls, cables, WM buttons, Refrigerator handles & Filters.
- Warranty is valid for the purchased products from an Authorized Dealers or Retailers.
