Symptom
case 1) Freeze on android logo and continuously rebooting during FOTA Update.
case 2) Freeze on FOTA UI screen and continuously rebooting during FOTA Update.
Cause
It might be possible to reboot continuously or to stay at the FOTA UI screen due to battery poor.
[ Guide ]
1. After Power OFF/ON, connect to TA and stay for 5~10 minutes. (Battery with more than 50%)
2. Check device is working properly.
※ If this symptom continuously occurs, there may be a battery fault. In this case, guide customers to visit the nearest Customer Service Center.
