Try this
If regular dust is smeared on the product
1. Use wet wipe to gently wipe off the source of pollution.
2. If the stain is severe or cannot be removed with a wet wipe, wet a cleaning sponge with water and wipe off any such stains, finishing with a cleaning wipe or soft cloth.
If ballpoint pen is smeared on the product
After spraying disinfectant ethanol on the source of contamination, wipe off any remaining stains with a cleaning wipe or soft cloth.
Doing so may cause discoloration.
In case of crayon or color pencil smudges
Remove the source of contamination by gently rubbing the contaminated area with a clean eraser.
If you rub with a dirty eraser, contaminants from the eraser may transfer to the air conditioner of the
product, causing further contamination.
Depending on the level of contamination and how much time has passed since the marks were made, some
marks may not be completely removed.
When there is contamination, it is recommended to clean contaminants off of the machine as soon as
possible.
