If a specific channel is missing while using a settop box, then ask the service provider and check the broadcasting signals [Wired, Cable, Skylife, IPTV and etc].
If you use a cable(copper axis), then check the following.

How to perform auto channel search on a monitor with a built-in tuner

1. On the remote control, press the [Settings] button and select [Auto Tuning] in [Programmes].
2. Proceed with [START].
3. After completing channel searches, select [CLOSE].
Did you remove the connected cable and check the contact?
